Create labels for your handmade lip balm yourself with this digital download package! This project template will help you make labels for standard lip balm tubes, and the labels have a perforated tamper-evident seal that extends to the cap of the lip balm tube. I have provided files which you may use to design, print and cut labels for standard lip balm tubes.

You’ll get a SVG, PNG, and PDF file as well as detailed instructions on completing your project. This digital download is licensed for personal and commercial use. Do not redistribute.

The project is intended for use with US Letter Sized (8.5″x11″) printable adhesive sheets. I suggest waterproof printable vinyl adhesive sheets, but you may use standard sticker paper as well. Be sure that the sheets you choose are compatible with your printer. Most printers are either an inkjet or a laser printer, and there are different papers/sticker sheets for each. Some sheets are compatible with either type of printer.

Your design can be created in a number of programs or apps, any of your choice. You’ll want to use an app that can export the finished design as a PDF file. I’ll include suggestions for programs and apps in the Designing section in the instructions you’ll download.

These instructions will work with any home or office printer, whether it is an inkjet or a laser printer, so long as it will work with Letter Sized Paper. You may be able to use a thermal printer for this project, but I caution that the design may be damaged by exposure to heat or sunlight. I’ll cover print settings in the Printing section in the instructions you’ll download.

To cut the labels out of your adhesive sheets, you’ll need to use a vinyl cutting machine. These files are compatible with Silhouette Cameo, Cricut, Brother Scan-N-Cut, and any other vinyl cutting machine that uses SVG or PNG files. I’ll cover a few more details on the cutting process in the Cutting section in the instructions you’ll download.

Your download files will include the Detailed Instructions in English language in a PDF file.
