PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE

CandidCommoner (“Content Provider”) grants buyers a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the accompanying image(s) (collectively, “Media,”) for permitted personal and/or commercial purposes, defined as:

• prints, posters, or other display of Media
• advertising, promotion, brochures, packaging
• as part of a commercial website for promotional purposes
• magazines, books, newspapers, other printed publications
• video, broadcast, theatrical

What buyers may do with these files:

Buyer may use the included files for personal or commercial graphic design and/or photography editing. Buyer is permitted to apply the Media to the foreground of designs and images (such as people) and use the final product as a digital or print display. Derivative works are, thus, permitted to be distributed for personal as well as commercial purposes. As an example of personal use, a hobby artist may use the included files to mark exported images of their digital artwork to post online or share with friends and family. As an example of commercial use, a professional digital artist may use the included files to mark exported images of their digital artwork to post online or to sell as digital or physical media. Commercial users are permitted to (and encouraged to) add watermarks, logos, or service marks to their edited work prior to distributing.

What buyers may not do:

Buyer may not send the original Content Files to outside parties. Buyer may not resell, relicense, redistribute without express written permission from Content Provider. Media may not be used in an illegal, libelous or defamatory manner. Media may not be incorporated into trademarks, logos, or service marks. Media shall not be used to train generative AI (LLM) models.

Content Provider retains all rights, license, copyright, title and ownership of the Media.

There is no warranty, express or implied, with the purchase of this digital image collection file. Neither Content Provider nor Website will be liable for any claims, or incidental, consequential or other damages arising out of this license or buyer’s use of the Media.
