Order Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 3 business days of the date of order.
Shipping Rates & Methods: We standardly use flat rate calculated Priority shipping through the USPS. USPS Priority shipping typically arrives in 2-3 business days after the shipping date. Some items are printed through printing partners, which may use ground shipping, resulting in longer shipping times.
International Shipping: At this time, shipping is only available for residents of the USA.
Missing or Damaged Packages: If your package is missing or damaged, please contact us via email at hello@candidcommoner.com within 10 days of the expected delivery date. For missing packages, Candid Commoner will file a claim with the shipping company. If the shipping company cannot locate the package, Candid Commoner will collect insurance costs from the shipping company and send a replacement to the customer. For a damaged package, please include photos of the damage in your email request to us. If the products are damaged during transport, Candid Commoner will collect insurance costs from the shipping company and send a replacement to the customer.
